About Josh Mercer

Born and raised on Chicago’s south side, Joshua is a graduate of Howard University (BBA, Marketing) in Washington, DC, and National Louis University (Masters, Education) in Chicago. Joshua fell in love with real estate in 2007, when he purchased his first multiunit on Chicago’s south side. Since then, Joshua has leveraged real estate (owner of 7 units) to achieve financial freedom For the last 9 years, Joshua has successfully owned and operated the Josh Mercer Insurance Agency, which currently employs 5 fully licensed staff where who are dedicated to selling and service of life, auto, home, and business insurance.

 

As a NAR member with Premier Chicago Real Estate, Joshua and uses his experience to help his seller clients get top dollar and his buyer clients achieve financial freedom and/or wealth creation! Joshua also hosts the Go Fish Village Podcast (www.GoFishVillage.com), a show dedicated to helping people achieve financial freedom through real estate. In his spare time, Joshua enjoys traveling, dining out, and spending time with his beautiful wife Kenya, and two children, Charli (girl; 5) and Joshua (boy; 8). Joshua is a member of the Howard University Alumni Association, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
