My Realtor Todd Stephenson was very professional and patient. He set realistic expectations based on his research, despite my misinformation from online estimates. He was able to set many showings and provide good advice to get my property sold. When there was a potential impasse in negotiations based on the buyer's aggressive negotiating style, he made it clear to the other agent that I was done negotiating and saved the deal (and me about $1,000+ in repairs the buyer was demanding, even though the discounts were built into the price and communicated as an "as is" sale. The buyer pretended to agree at first, then tried to make extra demands at the 11th hour that I pay for the repairs, but Todd helped save the deal.)
